These terms apply to orders placed on this website with LOZMETICS COSMETICS L.L.C S.P.C ("LOZMETICS", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. The delivery fee, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by WhatsApp or phone. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake or we cannot reach you to confirm delivery, and we will tell you if that happens.

Delivery

We deliver to all Emirates. Please see our Delivery page for details. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.

Please see our Returns page for how to return a product.

Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please read the ingredients on the packaging, and stop using a product and ask a doctor if it irritates your skin.

Loyalty points and coupons

Points and coupon codes have no cash value, follow the rules shown in your account and at checkout, and may be changed or ended with notice on the website.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
